A CDPE graduate has been trained in the complex process of short sales, working with lenders and submitting exactly the right paperwork lenders are looking for. -Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

-H.E.L.P. Certified
Homeownership Education Learning Program is a non-profit organization that provides free classes to the public to assist them in all aspects of homeownership. Some of the partners are the County of Riverside Economic Development Agency, Community Housing Works, Inland Empire Economic Recovery Corporation and other non profit organizations working towards the country's economic recovery.
Born and raised in the Philippines, I attended Maryknoll College in the Philippines until I decided to transfer to Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 1991, I earned my Real Estate license and since then, I've worked full time on an exciting and thriving career.
As an active member of the Filipino Catholics of St. Paul Catholic Church, I also devote my time in the different ministries when I am not busy with my family and real estate.
I am the mother of three daughters and two sons, of whom all but one live in California. I also have an older sister, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, six grandsons, one granddaughter (at last!).
